Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking motivated leaders to join our management team as Assistant Salon Director. You will oversee daily salon operations, drive client-centered service, and lead a team of Tanning Consultants to meet sales and service goals in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong communication, coaching, and scheduling abilities. Weekend and evening coverage may be required; prior retail management or customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience, with ability to coach and mentor.
• Retail management or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high-energy, client-centric environment.
• Drive store performance and customer service excellence.
• Supervise and coach Tanning Consultants to meet sales and service goals.
• Generate reports and assist in revenue and expense management.
• Ensure proper staffing and efficient operations.
