Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking a Salon Manager in Sterling, VA who blends coaching with entrepreneurship to lead a dynamic salon team. You will recruit top stylists, guide the guest journey, and drive sales through digital tools while upholding brand standards.

You’ll mentor staff using the IGROW model, ensure a safe, clean, and energetic work environment, and manage operations to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have active cosmetology license in the applicable state.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 12 months in a prior leadership role preferred.
• 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours per day) is standard.
• Stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive salon motions.
• Ability to work in a salon environment with chemicals, scents, and fumes.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory; participate in training.
