You will lead the guest journey, use data and tools like Stylist App and Zenoti to crush goals, and foster a high-performance team. Eligibility requires a cosmetology license and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license in the applying state.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• At least 12 months in a leadership role preferred.
• 40 hours per week (5 days).

Responsibilities

• Recruit top stylists and build a dream team.
• Lead the guest journey to convert first-time guests into lifelong fans.
• Grow sales using data and tools to maximize appointments and salon reputation.
• Mentor associates using the IGROW model and set a high-energy culture.
