Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in Virginia is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager who will balance hands-on styling with leadership responsibilities. You’ll be the heartbeat of the shop, guiding the team, maintaining guest satisfaction, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly behind the chair.

You’ll mentor stylists through the IGROW model, help with scheduling, and learn to drive profitability while upholding safety standards and brand standards across the salon team.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Past leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform all salon services.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Floor: support daily operations and guest experience.
• Coach & Mentor: guide stylists using the IGROW model.
