Job summary

Hair Cuttery in the United States is seeking a Salon Manager who will act as the salon's CEO, driving growth, profitability, and culture. You will mentor the next generation of salon professionals while managing operations behind the chair and leading by example.

As a Talent Scout and guest-journey expert, you will recruit top talent, optimize schedules using our Stylist App and Zenoti, and ensure a safe, vibrant workplace compliant with state standards and OSHA.

Qualifications

• Must hold a cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 12 months in a leadership role preferred.
• Availability: 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours per day).

Responsibilities

• Be a Talent Scout: recruit top stylists and collaborate with local beauty schools.
• Lead the Guest Journey: model service and coach staff to convert guests into regulars.
• Grow Your Empire: use data and digital tools to hit sales goals and optimize schedules.
• Be the Ultimate Mentor: use the IGROW model to develop associates.
• Set the Stage: maintain a safe, clean, high-energy salon environment.
