Job summary

Hair Cuttery in New Jersey seeks a Salon Manager to lead as the primary driver of growth, profitability, and culture. You’ll mentor staff, perform services, and use Stylist App and Zenoti to hit sales goals.

As the salon ‘CEO’, you’ll recruit talent, optimize the guest experience, and create a thriving, compliant environment while reporting to a District Leader and delivering exceptional service every day.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license in the applying state.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week.
• Minimum leadership experience preferred.
• Strong math for payroll and inventory management.
• Ability to mentor and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top stylists and partner with local beauty schools.
• Lead the guest journey from welcome to repeat visits.
• Use data and tools (Stylist App, Zenoti) to drive sales and optimize schedules.
• Model our hair guides while performing services.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and energetic salon environment.
