Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking a Salon Manager in New Jersey who will act as the CEO of their salon, driving growth, profitability, and culture. You’ll mentor staff, manage operations, and lead by example behind the chair while maintaining high service standards.

You will recruit top talent, optimize the guest journey, and use data and digital tools to exceed sales goals while ensuring a safe, inspiring work environment and adherence to board and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license in the applying state.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 12 months in a leadership/management role.
• 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours) required.
• Must have stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive salon motions.
• Ability to work in a salon with chemicals, scents and fumes.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory.
