Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a busy salon in New Jersey. You will coach stylists, recruit top talent, and drive sales while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

In this role you’ll balance hands-on styling with business ownership, using our Stylist App and Zenoti to optimize schedules, performance, and salon reputation. The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth within the Hair Cuttery network.

Qualifications

• Must hold a cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 12 months in a prior leadership role preferred.
• Availability: 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours per day).
• Must have the physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive salon motions.
• Comfortable working in a salon with exposure to chemicals, scents, and fumes.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory; attend training and events.
