Job summary

Hair Cuttery in the United States is seeking a Salon Manager to drive growth, profitability, and culture. You will act as the CEO of your salon, mentoring the next generation of top salon professionals while managing operations and service quality.

You’ll recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, using data and tools to meet sales targets and elevate the guest experience. The role requires a cosmetology license and full-time availability.

Qualifications

License: Must have a cosmetology license in the state you are applying for.
Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Experience: Minimum of 12 months in a prior Leadership role preferred.
Availability: 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours per day) is the standard.
Technical duties: You’ll still be performing services and modeling our hair guides.
