Hair Cuttery seeks a Salon Manager to act as the CEO of your salon, driving growth, profitability, and culture. You will lead a team of stylists, mentor associates, and ensure exceptional guest experiences behind the chair and on the floor.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required in the applying state.
• Able to work in the United States with valid work authorization.
• Minimum 12 months in a prior leadership role preferred.
• Availability of 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours).
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive salon motions, with stamina.
• Basic cash handling and inventory skills; willingness to attend training.

Responsibilities

• Be a Talent Scout: recruit top stylists and partner with local beauty schools.
• Master the Guest Journey: lead by example to turn first-time guests into lifelong fans.
• Grow Your Empire: use data and digital tools to hit sales and optimize schedules.
• Be the Ultimate Mentor: coach associates using the IGROW model for career growth.
• Set the Stage: maintain a safe, clean salon aligned with State Board and OSHA standards.
