Job summary

Hair Cuttery seeks a Salon Manager who combines coaching, entrepreneurship, and culture-shaping leadership to drive a high-performing salon. As the "CEO" of the salon, you’ll grow profitability and vibe while mentoring the next generation of top-tier Salon Professionals behind the chair and in the business.

You’ll lead talent scouting, guest journey mastery, and use our Stylist App and Zenoti to crush sales goals, optimize schedules, and boost the salon’s reputation.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to mentor and develop salon staff.
• Strong numeric acumen for payroll and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication with team and guests.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary driver of salon growth and profitability.
• Mentor and coach stylists and assistants.
• Lead guest journey to convert first-time guests to loyal clients.
• Use data and scheduling tools to maximize revenue and staff utilization.
• Ensure salon operations meet safety and cleanliness standards.
