Job summary

Hair Cuttery seeks a Salon Manager who acts as the CEO of the salon, driving growth and profitability while shaping culture. You will mentor stylists, recruit talent in partnership with local schools, and lead the guest journey to convert first-time guests into loyal clients.

You’ll use sales data and digital tools to maximize schedules and revenue, maintain a safe, welcoming workspace, and model our hair guides in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a cosmetology license in the state you are applying for.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 12 months in a prior Leadership role preferred.
• 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours per day) is the standard.
• Fitness for standing, walking, and performing salon motions throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for top stylists and build a dream team with local schools.
• Lead the guest journey and mentor team to turn first-time guests into loyal fans.
• Leverage data and apps (Stylist App, Zenoti) to meet sales goals and optimize schedules.
• Act as the career-launcher and coach, not just a boss.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inspiring salon environment compliant with standards.
