• Encourages rebooking and promotes JCP Rewards and Credit Card usage.
• Greets guests warmly and delivers a seamless experience from check-in to checkout.
• Communicates clearly to confirm appointments and answer questions.
• Works with team to uphold hospitality and salon standards.
• Maintains front desk operations, scheduling, and payment processing.
• Helps manage inventory and restock retail shelves as needed.
