JCPenney Salon is seeking a Salon Customer Experience Specialist to create a welcoming, professional, and elevated experience for every guest. This role manages front desk duties, accurate appointment scheduling, and courteous service while promoting and selling haircare products to support guests’ routines.

You will collaborate with stylists to reinforce recommendations, drive in-salon promotions, and uphold top-tier hospitality.
