Beauty Industry Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive the hair extensions business in the Dallas/Fort Worth region. You will be the first outside contact for salon professionals, educating them on products, color selection, and installation techniques while meeting aggressive sales targets.

Expect up to 75% travel across Texas, building strong salon partnerships and expanding the professional extensions business.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of luxury brand outside sales experience required.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.
• Ability to prospect and close new business.

Responsabilités

• Create strong relationships with salon owners, stylists and staff.
• Maintain a robust sales funnel with new and existing accounts.
• Deliver high-quality in-salon presentations and product classes.
• Travel throughout Texas up to 75% and maintain field presence.
• Meet revenue goals and educate clients on products, color and installation.
• Promote and support regional and national education events.
