Job summary

SalonCentric, a leading wholesale distributor of premium brands in the salon industry, seeks a District Manager to oversee the Dallas district and drive sales, service and operations across multiple stores.

You will attract, hire, develop and motivate Store Managers and staff, ensuring high standards in merchandising, customer service and store presentation, while meeting district KPIs and budgets. The role requires 60-80% travel and reports to the Regional Director.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of retail management experience, with multi-store responsibilities.
• Proven ability to hire, lead and develop Store Managers and Associates.
• Strong merchandising and presentation skills; data-driven with KPI focus.
• Willingness to travel 60-80%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze district performance; maximize sales and control payroll and expenses.
• Coach and train Store Managers to uphold selling and customer service standards.
• Recruit and develop Store Managers and staff to meet objectives.
• Drive stock flow, floor presentation, assets protection and merchandising functions.
• Ensure shrinkage goals are met and brand presentation standards.
• Communicate trends to Regional management and partners.
• Attend sales and management training meetings.
