Hair Cuttery in Philadelphia is seeking a dynamic Salon Manager to lead operations, mentor stylists, and drive growth. You’ll act as the “CEO” of your salon, shaping culture, performance, and guest experience while managing schedules and profitability.

You’ll recruit top talent, optimize the guest journey, and use our Stylist App and Zenoti to hit sales targets, elevate service, and maintain a safe, energized work environment that complies with board and OSHA standards.

Formación

• Cosmetology license required in the applying state.
• Ability to manage payroll percentages and performance scorecards.
• Hands-on styling while leading a team.

Responsabilidades

• Be a Talent Scout: recruit top stylists and partner with beauty schools.
• Lead the Guest Journey: convert first-time guests into lifelong fans.
• Grow Your Empire: use Stylist App & Zenoti to meet sales targets.
• Be the Ultimate Mentor: develop associates using the IGROW model.
• Set the Stage: maintain a safe, clean salon in line with standards.
