Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in Pennsylvania seeks a Salon Manager to lead a high-energy team behind the chair and at the business level. You will recruit top stylists, mentor staff, manage the guest journey, and drive sales through scheduling and retail.

This role blends coaching with entrepreneurship to elevate salon performance. You’ll ensure a safe, clean, and inspiring environment while adhering to industry standards and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license in the state you are applying for.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 12 months in a leadership role.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours).
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform salon motions safely.
• Good math skills for cash handling and inventory.
• Willingness to attend required trainings.

Responsabilités

• Recruit and retain top stylists and partner with local beauty schools.
• Lead guest experiences from check-in to return visits.
• Drive salon sales through scheduling optimization and retail.
• Mentor associates using the IGROW model.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant salon environment.
