Job summary

Neill Corporation is seeking a talented Business Development Outside Sales Manager to lead growth for the Aveda salon network within the Nashville, TN region.

You will identify, open and grow salons, coach teams on retailing and product sell-through, and present compelling solutions. Travel up to 50–75% is required as part of regional meetings and events, with a focus on building strong relationships and sales results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Three years sales experience and/or salon management.
• Strong communication skills with ability to deliver persuasive presentations and build lasting relationships.
• Ability to develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue across territory.
• Self-starter with energy, enthusiasm and sales orientation.
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the Aveda salon network in the assigned territory.
• Grow the business of existing Aveda salon customers by providing business solutions and enrolling teams in education.
• Identify and open new Aveda salons that fit with the brand and network.
• Coach salon teams on retailing best practices to support product sell-through.
• Create presentations that demonstrate business acumen and marketing program knowledge.
• Enroll salon teams in education offerings to drive sales results.
• Promote salon placements to support staffing needs.
• Use Salesforce and other sales tools to understand accounts and prioritize activities.
