Job summary

Neill Corp in Nashville, TN, invites you to join our cosmetology education team as a Full Time Cosmetology Educator at Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute. You will inspire students and help them master professional techniques.

We seek educators with 2–5+ years behind the chair, strong presentation and coaching skills, and a passion for teaching. Evening and weekend availability is expected, with competitive wage and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years behind the chair in cosmetology.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience training and coaching others.
• Aveda product knowledge or experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing recognition, support, and motivation to students.
• Coach students to meet service and retail goals using Aveda teaching methods.
• Address student challenges.
• Participate in instructor meetings.
