Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• 1 year of experience supervising sales or operations employees.
• 4 years direct sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate sales goals for SBCs and plan meetings.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and feedback to SBCs on sales and client relations.
• Visit or contact customers to assess service quality and drive education events.
• Analyze information from Salesforce/Tableau to optimize inventory and processes.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisors and leadership.
• Conduct performance appraisals and develop employees; reassign accounts as needed.
