Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Salon Business Consultant to drive sales growth across Cincinnati, Blue Ash, Hamilton and surrounding areas. The role requires field travel, relationship-building with salons and professionals, and leveraging social media for lead generation and promotions.

The ideal candidate will have salon/beauty industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop new business while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of outside sales experience or beauty industry sales experience.
• Must live within the assigned territory.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms for business development.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by identifying key accounts within the territory and developing routes for growth.
• Demonstrate and assist customers in promotions, plans, and concepts to drive salon sales.
• Utilize social media to reach salons, barbers, spas, schools, and licensed beauty professionals.
• Travel locally within the territory and attend shows/events as required.
