PetSmart Store Support Group, Inc. is seeking a Salon Groomer Experience Lead to deliver high-quality grooming services and to train bathers and stylists within a busy PetSmart salon.

You will guide a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional pet care and customer service across all grooming operations. The role emphasizes development of associates through the grooming academy, driving salon sales, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards while upholding PetSmart’s values and service

Qualifications

• 2+ years grooming experience.
• Full time availability; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with grooming tools, equipment, and products to perform technical work safely.
• Proficiency in computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead associate development and training in the salon.
• Develop new and existing associates via bather/stylist certification.
• Manage salon bookings and client interactions to drive satisfaction.
• Promote salon services and merchandise to grow sales and productivity.
• Maintain salon standards, cleanliness, sanitation, and pet welfare in grooming areas.
• Collaborate with Experience Leader on trends and best practices.
