This role develops bathers and stylists through certification programs, while ensuring top-tier customer service and adherence to PetSmart standards across the salon and store operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years grooming experience.
• Full-time availability; evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with grooming tools, equipment and products for safe technical work.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead salon operations and assist in associate development and coaching.
• Oversee bath, brush, grooming services and related procedures.
• Promote salon services and merchandise to grow sales and meet targets.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation and humane pet care in the grooming area.
• Use booking system and call logs to manage appointments.
