• Develop bathers and stylists; support grooming academy candidates.
• Delegate daily salon tasks and monitor performance and compliance.
• Engage with pet parents, greet customers, and promote wellness solutions.
• Utilize the booking system and call logs to schedule appointments and manage workflow.
• Maintain salon standards, safety, and humane care for pets in grooming areas.
