Qualifications

• 2+ years grooming experience.
• Full time availability; evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with grooming tools, equipment, and products.

Responsibilities

• Lead associate development and training within the salon.
• Develop new stylists through certification process and academy training.
• Oversee salon operations to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Drive salon sales and meet productivity targets.
• Coordinate with Experience Leader on trends and best practices.
• Assist in other departments as required.
