Qualifications

• 2+ years grooming experience.
• Full-time availability; evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with tools, equipment and products to perform grooming work safely.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organized with attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Leads associate development through grooming certification processes.
• Trains bathers and stylists to meet grooming standards.
• Oversees the grooming menu and overall service quality.
• Manages salon operations, scheduling, and adherence to protocols.
• Promotes salon sales, productivity, and guest experience.
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and humane pet handling.
