Sport Clips of Traverse City is seeking a dynamic Salon Coordinator to join our team and ensure smooth salon operations and exceptional customer service. You will greet clients, manage the reception area, handle transactions, support sales and marketing efforts, and collaborate with the team to maintain a thriving guest experience.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Competenze

• Previous experience in customer service or front desk is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications, Microsoft Office, and basic social media.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for the beauty industry.

Mansioni

• Greet clients and create a welcoming first impression.
• Answer phone calls and address client inquiries promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and retail displays.
• Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments.
• Assist in retail sales with product knowledge.
• Monitor salon inventory and place orders for supplies.
