Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
• Answer phone calls and address inquiries promptly.

• Handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Assist in retail sales with product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory and place supply orders as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations from reception to floor.
• Perform duties assigned by Store Manager such as cleaning and stocking.
• Contribute to local marketing efforts and social media updates.
• Participate in Sport Clips training.
