Palm Beach Tan in Columbia, SC is seeking a dynamic Salon Director/Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service at our busy skincare and tanning salon.

You will recruit and train the team, manage schedules, oversee promotions and memberships, and uphold company policies while creating a welcoming, results-oriented environment. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, train and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Assist with hiring and training the team of Beauty Consultants.
• Oversee ongoing team training and development.
• Consult with customers on skin care, tanning and products.
• Ensure policy compliance and maintain a clean, organized salon.
• Handle cash and manage opening/closing duties.
• Track goals and performance metrics.
