Palm Beach Tan in Missouri is seeking a Salon Director/Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise Beauty Consultants, and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll hire, train, and motivate a team in a busy salon environment.

This role offers base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities, a benefits package, 401K opportunities, and flexible scheduling within a nationwide brand. Training and growth are emphasized to help you advance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership/management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Meeting sales goals and driving performance daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hiring and training your team of Beauty Consultants.
• Ongoing team training and development.
• Customer consultations on skincare, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling and opening/closing the business.
• Tracking goals and performance metrics.
