Palm Beach Tan is seeking a passionate Salon Director/Store Manager to lead a busy, customer-focused team in Missouri. The role offers base pay with commission and bonus opportunities, plus extensive training and development for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership/Management experience.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.

Responsabilités

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hiring and training your team of Beauty Consultants.
• Ongoing team training.
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met.
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Track goals and performance metrics.
