Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - Johnson/Clarke, Inc. is seeking a motivated Salon Director/Store Manager to lead daily operations in our Missouri location. You’ll drive sales, oversee a team, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced spa environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership/management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7 hours/day).
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hiring and training your team of Beauty Consultants.
• Ongoing team training.
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met.
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Track goals and performance metrics.
