Palm Beach Tan in Missouri is seeking a Salon Director/Store Manager to lead a busy team and drive sales in a vibrant salon environment. You’ll coach Beauty Consultants, meet daily goals, and ensure top-notch customer service while maintaining a polished salon.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Leadership/Management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7 hours/day).
• Able to lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hiring and Training your team of Beauty Consultants.
• Ongoing team training.
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met.
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Track goals and performance metrics.
