Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director to lead the daily operations of a busy tanning salon. You’ll supervise staff, hire and train employees, and ensure exceptional client experiences while monitoring performance and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in management and/or sales.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct salon staff to ensure excellent client experiences.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and schedule employees to meet business needs.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security in the salon.
• Drive sales and monitor performance using company programs and reports.
• Plan staffing levels and delegate responsibilities for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws and company policies.
