Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director to lead and oversee daily operations, staff management, and the client experience across a busy tanning salon. The role emphasizes staffing decisions, training, scheduling, and ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety.

The position requires coordinating with team members to meet performance goals, managing shifts, and promoting Sun Tan City principles to deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Strong leadership and coaching ability.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Developing and coaching employees to provide amazing client experiences.
• Following up swiftly on client concerns and issues.
• Sets a positive example and maintains calm under high volume.
• Drives company metrics by implementing programs and action plans.
• Plans and delegates responsibilities to ensure smooth salon operations.
• Oversees cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the salon.
• Manages staffing levels to support development and operations.
• Ensures wage/hour compliance for staff.
