The role emphasizes monitoring staff performance, maintaining salon cleanliness, safety, and compliance with wage/hour laws, while modeling Sun Tan City's principles for an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Management and/or sales experience required.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Developing and coaching employees to provide amazing client experiences.
• Following up swiftly on client concerns and issues.
