Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Leadership/Management experience is essential.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7 hours/day) and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hire and train your team of Beauty Consultants.
• Provide ongoing team training.
• Conduct customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and legal requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash and manage opening/closing of the business.
• Track goals and performance metrics.
