Job summary

Russ Darrow Waukesha Mitsubishi in Waukesha, WI is seeking a motivated sales professional to match customers with the right vehicles. The role includes presenting features, test drives, and guiding buyers through the sales process to close deals.

You will explain pricing, financing options, and handle required paperwork while building a strong book of business through proactive follow-up and referrals. Training is provided for all hires, and a professional appearance is required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is welcomed; training will be provided.
• Energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and solid work ethic are expected.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
