RUSS DARROW GROUP is hiring for a Full-Time Sales position at Russ Darrow Greenfield Mazda in Greenfield, WI. Ideal candidates will greet customers, support their vehicle needs, and guide them through our sales process.

The role offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and competitive compensation plans. We provide training from day one, welcoming individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Qualificações

• Sales experience in any industry is welcome — we provide excellent training.
• Energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals motivated to succeed.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screening.

• Greet customers and help identify the vehicle that best fits their needs.
• Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation during test drives.

• Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete required paperwork.
