Position Overview:

  • 1099 performance-based with the option of a draw
  • Outside B2B relationship building
  • Qualified pre-scheduled appointments (avg. 10-15 per week)
  • Industry-leading uncapped commissions (25%)
  • Monthly residuals (25%)
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses (paid weekly)
  • Performance bonuses (paid weekly)
  • Weekly draw (paid weekly)
  • Continuous training and support
  • Opportunities for advancement and career growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base through door-to-door prospecting, referrals, pre-scheduled appointments, and networking
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, building solid relationships
  • Proactively address and overcome objections from potential clients by demonstrating the advantages and reliability of Horizon Payments’ services
  • Collaborate with internal managers to generate and provide competitive quotes to merchants
  • With the support of internal staff, sign and close new deals, and guide clients through the onboarding process
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions, proposed solutions, and action plans in CRM
