This is a 100% remote, commission-only, entrepreneurial opportunity within a supportive, proven system. You’ll operate as an independent contractor (1099), meaning your earnings are fully performance-based—but also unlimited. What You’ll Do:

You’ll wear two important hats:

1. Salesperson – You’ll generate leads, build relationships with families and referral partners, and guide them toward enrolling in our transformational student coaching programs.

2. Certified Coach – You’ll deliver one-on-one virtual coaching to students and young adults, covering topics like vision-setting, time management, leadership, and emotional intelligence. (Training and certification provided.)

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with youth or coaching is a big plus
• Willing to travel to Nashville, TN at least twice a year for team training events
