Job summary

Foundation Title, a New Jersey title insurance provider, is seeking a Title Insurance Sales Representative to grow relationships with real estate professionals, attorneys, lenders, and referral partners across the state. You will serve as a trusted advisor, promoting our title, escrow, and closing services while delivering outstanding service.

This role requires on-site work, local travel for client visits and events, and the ability to participate in occasional evening or weekend industry

Role Description

The Title Insurance Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with real estate professionals, attorneys, lenders, builders, investors, and other referral partners to increase title insurance and settlement business throughout New Jersey. This individual serves as a trusted resource and business development professional, promoting the company's title, escrow, and closing services while delivering exceptional customer service and market expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, business development, and relationship-building skills, preferably with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for in-person meetings, networking events, and client consultations.
• Organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills to manage multiple accounts, leads, and appointments.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools, email, and office productivity software to document activities and manage client information.
• Knowledge of or interest in real estate, mortgage, or title insurance industries; prior experience in these areas is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work on-site, travel locally for client visits and events, and represent the company professionally in the field.
• Comfort with a performance-driven environment and willingness to participate in occasional evening or weekend industry events.
• Will need to obtain NJ Producer's license
