Title Closing Services, LLC. is hiring a Title Closing Advisor I for the Northwest/Central NJ territory. This is a remote role; however, candidates must reside within the assigned territory. The Title Closing Advisor will play a vital role in expanding the Company’s client base and promoting the title insurance services. The position is responsible for engaging potential clients, building relationships and ultimately driving sales growth.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000 (annually) plus commission. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon several factors including candidate’s relevant skills, education, work experience, job location/geographic region, and/or certifications.
The Title Closing Advisor I is responsible for the sale of title insurance offered by the Weichert Title Group. The position develops an active pipeline of leads from assigned Weichert Companies as well as generating new business outside of the Weichert real estate footprint. The Title Closing Advisor I works in conjunction with other team members to secure new business for the Company.
