Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise project management experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce migration project leadership.
• Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) and Field Service Management (FSM).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of the Salesforce Workforce Management program and manage roadmap, backlog, and delivery plans across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, deployment readiness, change management, training, and post-production support activities to drive successful releases with minimal business disruption.
• Monitor program health, track milestones, risks, and deliverables; provide leadership with progress visibility into timelines and outcomes.
