Job summary

ClinDCast, LLC is seeking anExperienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager with 10+ years in IT and 5+ years leading Salesforce implementations and transformation programs.

The role requires guiding end-to-end delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies, and coordinating with BAs, Developers, Architects, QA, DevOps and vendors to ensure quality governance and production readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years managing Salesforce implementations and transformation programs.
• Strong experience across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud; Automotive Cloud is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery: planning, estimation, resources, governance, deployment, hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce delivery projects from initiation to production readiness.
• Define scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement.
• Guide Agile teams, facilitate sprint ceremonies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Job Summary:
Seeking an experiencedSalesforce Technical Project Managerwith 10+ years of IT experience and 5+ years managing Salesforce implementation and transformation programs.

Key Requirements:

5+ years managing Salesforce projects, with strong experience inService Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud; Automotive Cloud preferred.

Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery, including planning, estimation, resources, governance, deployment, and hypercare.

Strong expertise in managingscope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.

Experience leading Agile teams and facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.

Strong understanding ofSalesforce Platform, Apex, LWC, Security Model, integrations, data migration, and solution architecture.

Experience withCI/CD and DevOps tools such as Copado and Git.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams including BAs, Developers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and vendors.

Strong experience in quality governance, testing, release management, and production readiness.

Excellent client-facing, executive communication, and leadership skills.

Experience with Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
