Job summary

Wipro Limited in Atlanta, GA seeks a Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud projects onsite. You will drive planning, estimates, governance and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Salesforce implementation and transformation program experience.
• Experience delivering Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud projects; Automotive Cloud preferred.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Platform components, Apex, LWC, security, integrations, and DevOps processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery including planning, estimation, governance, deployment and hypercare.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with business, architects and delivery teams to define roadmap and strategy.
• Lead Agile delivery teams; facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, demos and reviews.
• Ensure quality governance, testing oversight, release management and production readiness.
• Oversee cross-functional teams (BA, Developers, QA, DevOps, vendors).
• Drive CI/CD and DevOps practices; manage environments and data migration.
