Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking a Technical Manager (Salesforce Platform) in Plano, TX to lead the architecture and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to drive technical excellence across complex programs.

You will mentor engineers, define standards, and champion AI-assisted development while ensuring security and reliability across enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in software engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of hands-on software development and large-scale system operation.
• Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni-Channel, Apex, Lightning Web Components.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni-Channel).
• Own cross-domain initiatives spanning Salesforce, backend services, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
• Drive architecture decisions and engineering best practices for performance and resilience.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Mentor engineering teams and influence technical direction through reviews and guidance.
• Incorporate AI-powered tools and automation into the software lifecycle.
• Ensure platform security, observability, and compliance.
