Job summary

Flosum, a leading Salesforce DevOps platform, is seeking a Technical Enablement & Documentation Lead to own the end-to-end knowledge experience—from product documentation to launching the Certification Program. You’ll bridge Product, Support, Sales Engineering, and Customers, turning real-world signals into authoritative, learner-friendly content.

The role requires 5+ years in technical writing or related fields, with hands-on Salesforce DevOps familiarity and a track record in certification

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical writing, developer enablement, or technical training.
• Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem preferred.
• Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce DevOps concepts (version control, CI/CD, sandbox management, deployments).
• Proven track record building or contributing to a certification or learning program (Trailhead-style modules, exam design, or LMS authoring).
• Strong writing skills and ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear guidance.
• Experience with Zendesk/Salesforce Service Cloud data to prioritize content roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and improve Flosum’s product documentation across Salesforce modules (DevOps, Data Backup, Security, Compliance).
• Build and launch the Flosum Certification Program with learning paths, exams, labs, and badge tiers.
• Analyze inbound signals (support cases, demo requests, inquiries) to identify documentation gaps and update content.
• Collaborate with Support to convert recurring tickets into self-service knowledge base articles.
• Document new releases, features, and APIs in alignment with the release calendar.
• Work with Sales Engineering to reflect demo-driven questions in guides and FAQs.
• Establish documentation standards, style guides, and review workflows.
• Track content performance and report enablement KPIs.
