Job summary

Flosum is seeking a Technical Enablement & Documentation Lead to own the end-to-end knowledge experience, spanning product docs for DevOps, Data Backup, Security, and Compliance, to launching our official Flosum Certification Program. You’ll bridge Product, Support, Sales Engineering, and Customers to turn real-world signals into authoritative, learner-friendly content.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical writing or developer enablement experience.
Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce DevOps concepts and data backup principles.
Proven track record building or contributing to a certification or learning program.
Excellent writing skills with ability to translate complex workflows.
Experience with LMS authoring and documentation platforms.

Responsibilities

Own, maintain, and improve Flosum product documentation across modules.
Build and launch the Flosum Certification Program with learning paths and badges.
Analyze signals to identify documentation gaps and update content.
Collaborate with Support, Product, Engineering, and Sales Engineering.
Establish standards, style guides, and review workflows for accuracy.
Track content performance and report enablement KPIs.
Document new releases, features, and APIs in sync with the release calendar.
Ensure demo-driven questions are reflected in public guides and FAQs.
